Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your drop-off receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
